Happy Halloween!
Have a safe and happy Halloween!
Finally back for another Saturday doodle and it being the day that it is the doodle fits the theme. Â I limited myself to black and orange, and I’m not 100% happy with the moon, but it is what it is. Â I even messed around with some layering and putting in a border.
Trick or treat!
Zombies Ate My Neighbors
With Monkey Island getting a remake/update/new episodes, I can only hope that Zombies Ate My Neighbors, another classic LucasArts game, gets the same treatment. Sadly, I don’t think it will. However, thanks to Tom Chick, I now know I can get the old game on my Wii.
It is something I suppose… but a man can dream…
A Silhouette, an Eye and a Monster Face
This morning I spent some time doodling a few things that just didn’t work out. Â I wandered away for a while and decided to be less focused and just play around. Â You can’t really tell, but I was messing with the blur and smudge tools to get a better feel of how they work.
This is how I spend my Saturday mornings…
You’ve got red on you.
News comes trickling out of Valve about Left4Dead 2. First up is the addition of a cricket bat for full on Shaun of the Dead style zed killin’.
Also, it seems that Valve is looking in to linking the two games, Left 4 Dead and its sequel, through multi-player maps/campaigns. I sure hope all this works in the 360 versions, because I’d love to essentially have the choice of eight characters when messing around with my friends instead of just four.
Zombieland Trailer
I can’t wait for this film.
And it just happens to open near my birthday, so you can guess what I’m doing to celebrate…
Left 4 Dead 2
The big news out of E3 for zombie afficianados so far is Left 4 Dead 2. Â Hopefully this doesn’t mean that Valve is abandoning the original and keep releasing content for it. Â Anyway, the new game has four new people and the setting is New Orleans. Â I can’t wait to fight the living dead while running through the graveyards of this town…
Here is the trailer.
Oh, and its releasing in November.
Dead Rising 2
Dead Rising is still one of my favorite Xbox360 games. Â So, clearly, I’m excited about the sequel.
Vegas, baby…
The Dead
Coming Soon? Â Not soon enough for me… I’ll let the trailer do the rest of the talking…
Merry Christmas
To you and yours, from me and mine…
… Merry Christmas!
